In cooperation with the chef Mette Martinussen (Madeleine's Restaurant Theatre / Restaurant 1. Th.), Torden & Lynild helped make the opening of this new annex to the Panum Institute a memorable event. Torden & Lynild provided everything concerning the visual concept from arrival over the “experience journey” that all the invited parties were sent out on as part of the reception. The 500 invited dignitaries, researchers, businesspeople, and Her Royal Majesty the Queen were given a four-course gourmet experience accompanied by a story of science and research.
